We chose to showcase the size of the opportunity that they were missing out on. By using real life search data, we could tell how many times a week their business vertical was being searched for. Therefore leaning on the idea of jeopardy, and detailing the opportunity cost of an unmanaged Google profile.
By providing a snapshot of their current profile status on Google Search and Maps, as well as the size of the opportunity, we could then offer tips and tricks, and ways to improve. Whether they’ve claimed their profile, or they have unresponded negative reviews, we give a clear indication of what point they’re starting from and what move they should make next to improve the efficiency of their profile on Google.
Utilising aggregated search data stored in BigQuery to provide the user with insights about local searches in their area. The solution interacted with multiple APIs, including Google Maps Engine and Google Places, to offer a tailored, seamless experience for users.
This created a personalised experience that meant the user could take meaningful action with their profile.
